Editor's review
This is a software that helps create PDF documents. The conversion is done simply by print command.
SomePDF Creator is a free PDF Creator that helps convert PDF from any document. As long as the application provides a print option for the document, the conversion gets done. This tool works as a virtual printer and converts the documents queued from other applications. On installation this appears as another printer option to already existing printers and faxes. In the list for all programs too, it is listed as a printer. When trying to convert a document, you simply choose print option from the application handling it. Any document that can be printed through a Windows compatible application can be created into a PDF, some document type examples are DOC/DOCX, XLS/XLSX, PPT/PPTX, PUB/PUBX, HTML, TXT, etc. The functions are accessible through a printer driver interface. This driver interface is a simple one and is quite intuitive. The controls are also well laid out. Users will be able to figure out what to do and how to do it.
When creating a PDF file you can save every PDF at a specific folder. The tool will ask for the option about where to save the output document. It can be set to automatically email the generated PDF file. If you so want, all text that starts with "http://", "www", "mailto:", "ftp://" or "file://" in the source document can be converted to a hyperlink. It also lets you set advanced features such as password, and set permissions and so on. This is a good product and has many useful features. If you have a need, here is a good candidate for trying out.
